Xining—Datong Express Highway
    The starting point of Xining Datong, Express Highway is Liangjiao, the end is Xining. It will connect Xining—Datong Express Highway with Ping’an—Xining Express Highway by chaoyang over-crossroads. Its length is 41 km, the express highway is 33 km long and grade B highway is 8 km long in it.


Kangyang Hydro-power Station
    The hydro－power station will install 8 sets of 35.5 MW turbogenerators．The general installing capacity 284 MW．Annual average generating capacity 992 million kwh．
The pivot will be composed of clay dam ＆ concrete gravity dam on the left bank，conducting water generating system． flood release gate ＆ control station etc． The normal storage water level 2033 metres， general storage capacity of a reservoir 28.80 million cubic metres， with day regulation water capacity．
